Refund policy

At De Cavalier Italy, based in Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer a fair and straightforward returns and refunds process.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

For hygiene-related products (such as earrings or intimate apparel), items must be unopened and unworn.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you may return it immediately for a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect an item has been used, damaged, or altered through no fault of our own.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, De Cavalier Italy will cover all return shipping costs or send a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange if you would like to replace your item with a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability). Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations

Due to our fast order processing times, cancellations are not always possible once your order has been placed. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it following the standard return process once it has been delivered.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Send an email to debbie@decavalier.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not return items to the sender address listed on your package, as this will not be processed.

Carefully pack your item(s) and ship them back using a trackable courier service.
